<p>After <em>Trials of Love</em> Matt Emily and their adopted daughters Paula and Beverley have reason to believe the influence of the ‘Dastardly Davieses’ is no more but they are wrong.</p><p>Deep in Paula’s soul is that dreadful day when as a young child she was abducted.
