Wendy Peterson is a highschool girl from the small farming town of Crescent Mills California with a special telepathic ability. She is able to tap into people's minds and get them to reveal their innermost thoughts and secrets. When she leaves home to study criminal psychology at Oxford University she not only meets the man of her dreams but also the man of her worst nightmares. A serial killer who too has special unique abilities but uses them for pure evil. Wendy is our only hope to stop him but even she seems ill equipped to battle such powerful depravity.
