The method of DNA isolation and PCR are based on currently validated tests used in different countries of the world. The manual is limited only to the qualitative detection of genetically modified material in susceptible samples and is consists of four parts: 1) the sampling scheme 2) isolation of DNA 3) polymerase chain reaction amplification and 4) visualization of the results using agarose gel electrophoresis.
