Sc in Mathematics M. A in Economics M. Ed Ph.D. in Education and Continuing D.Litt in Peace Education. He is presently working as Associate Professor in Education Mizoram University Aizawl (A Central University) and previously worked as principal in Vivek College of Education Bijnor received senior fellow from ICSSR New Delhi. He is a Ph.D. guide in the Faculty of Education Tertiary Education Commission; Mauritius. He founded Peace Education and Development: An International Journal in 2013 as its Editor-in-Chief. He is Chief Editor of International Journal of Education and Research a member of editorial board of different journals. His 15 books more than 50 papers on the different themes on education and peace have already been published released from USA Germany and UK.
