<p>I'm going to die...</p><p><br></p><p>My life didn't flash before my eyes I couldn't even scream. All I could think was this is it I'm going to die while staring down the barrel of the gun pointed in my face. </p><p><br></p><p>Growing up in the slums of Longview everyone here has a past filled with horrors and regrets. I'm no different. </p><p><br></p><p>Aside from my near death experience I met a guy who seemed to have it all.</p><p><br></p><p>Rich.</p><p><br></p><p>Charming.</p><p><br></p><p>And sexier than anyone I'd ever had in my wet dreams. But what did this guy want from a girl like me? Was he a phony or the real deal? </p><p><br></p><p>The only thing that mattered now was taking care of the siblings that my deadbeat mom abandoned. If I couldn't figure out a way to pay rent in time we'd be split up into different homes and I couldn't allow that to happen.</p><p><br></p><p>It was time to fight like never before no matter the cost.</p>
