About The Book

This work is the result of the demand for a professional practice increasingly committed to life. It emerges from the concerns of acting as a teacher and educational psychologist at the Catholic University Center of Quixadá (UNICATÓLICA) located in Quixadá and member of the Center for Psychopedagogical Support (NAP). We found in the concept of pedagogical experience proposed by biocentric education a way to promote the continuity and quality of the studies of young people who make up the scenario of the Sertão Central of Ceará. With this study we sought to verify how the process of expansion of Higher Education in Brazil reconfigured the student''s profile discuss the concept of pedagogical experience and finally think about the actions of the Center for Psycho-pedagogical Support. We consider that the pedagogical experience offers subsidies for the actions of the nucleus considering dialogical and collaborative principles in the establishment of new ways of living.
