Pedagogical strategy for the development of professional skills.

Technical and Vocational Education (TVE) has the function of providing the country''s economy with the middle-level skilled labor force it requires for its development in different branches of production and services. It plays an important role in the training of students since it ensures the degree of preparation in their professional training. The Agricultural Polytechnic Institutes (IPA) are responsible for training the skilled labor forces in the agricultural and livestock branch these educational institutions must provide students in this field with a high level of competent professional development.With all these reasons it is necessary to pay detailed attention to the students who enter this education taking into account their vocation and motivation for the specialty to raise the knowledge from the development of habits and professional skills that are raised in the occupational profile through the fulfillment of the study plans and programs to achieve the optimal use of the bibliographies and the teaching means for the development of the contents of the technical subjects.
