As childhood obesity is increasing in alarming rate and still children as well as parents are unaware of this fact. There are abundant of information available on internet but still this disease is unnoticed. So main objective of this book is to make people aware of obesity in children in well understandable language. This book contains both contemporary and traditional Ayurveda point of view for the understanding of the obesity. There are bundles of the facts available in classical Ayurveda texts related to obesity is critically analyzed and summarized in this book.
