It was from a rescue organization in <strong>Ooltewah</strong> and the message was simple: <em>Border Collie puppies available for adoption.</em></p><p>Emily knew at once this was something special. She hurried to share her discovery with us. The moment we saw the photos our hearts were stirred. Among the little bundles of energy one puppy stood out: a pup whose black and white markings reminded us of both a panda bear and a polar bear cub.</p><p>That was Peebee.</p><p>From that moment forward our lives changed.
