<p>Une sélection de poèmes de l'auteure et poétesse canadienne primée Cathy McGough.</p><p><br></p><p>Cathy a commencé à écrire de la poésie lorsqu'elle était au lycée et son tout premier poème intitulé Le début est inclus dans ce recueil qu'elle a dédié à ses parents et à sa grand-mère qui était une poète à part entière .</p><p><br></p><p>Cathy qui est née à Stratford Ontario Canada a été influencée par Shakespeare et d'autres poètes tels que Shelley Tennyson et Wordsworth ainsi que par des poètes canadiens tels que James Reaney et Earl Birney qu'elle a rencontrés lors d'une lecture à la bibliothèque publique de Stratford. Elle est une fervente lectrice de la poésie de Mary Oliver et espère un jour grandir et être comme elle.</p><p><br></p><p>A selection of poems by award winning Canadian Author and Poet Cathy McGough.</p><p><br></p><p>Cathy began writing poetry when she was in High School and her very first poem entitled The Beginning is included in this collection which she has dedicated to her parents and her grandmother who was a poet in her own right.</p><p><br></p><p>Cathy who was born in Stratford Ontario Canada was influenced by Shakespeare and other poets such as Shelley Tennyson and Wordsworth in addtion to Canadian Poets including James Reaney and Earl Birney who she met once at a reading at The Stratford Public Library. She is an avid reader of the poetry of Mary Oliver and hopes to one day grow up and be her.</p>
