PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND COACHING:

People Management and Coaching: Cases and Perspectives is the result of research conducted in the MBA Postgraduate Course in People Management and Coaching - Tuma I/2016-2018. The course aims to deepen the theoretical and practical study and debate in the area of people management and coaching enabling the development of technical and behavioral skills to awaken and inspire talent in addition to enhancing environments to achieve high team performance in the most diverse organizations. It is considered that the MBA in People Management and Coaching has provided the student researchers the opportunity to develop a systematic strategic and integrated vision of people management practices. It is in this sense that the research presented in this collection comes to collaborate in the deepening of scientific knowledge about coaching and people management.
