Peppermint essential oil in skincare

Peppermint essential oil is widely used in complementary health care and nursing aromatherapy and aroma care. In addition to its well-known uses for headaches and hot flashes peppermint essential oil offers expanded potential in everyday nursing care both alone and in combination with other essential oils.
