Perception is a complex and profound psychological process compared to sensation. It encompasses all mental states characteristics attributes knowledge experiences and skills that occupy the entirety of human consciousness manifesting and participating simultaneously in the act of reflection.Perception is somewhat more intricate than sensation. It is a complete process of reflection that involves the comprehensive representation of all features and properties of an object or phenomenon affecting our sensory organs. For instance when we see an apple we perceive its shape color taste smell and variety as a unified whole. Therefore in the process of perception all our senses are engaged.
