During your reading of this book there will be some writings about the dark times I went through quite a few years ago.Often I thought they would destroy me.Although I am glad that I wrote everything down about how I was feeling so I can share it with the people who feel they have no voice.Through keeping my head above water I came out the other side. Stronger and better than ever.The dark times are what made me who I am today. They are a thing of the past. Positivity and hope are what rule my mind now.I hope that anyone who is struggling on their path at the moment finds some solace in my words.I understand how you feel I do.But there is always hope if you just keep putting one foot in front of the other....
