Most organizations used the traditional rating scale method which focuses on how employees behave rather than what they accomplish on the job. A successful Performance Management System in an organization would result in numerous benefits. Managers have the opportunity to provide feedback to their employees on their job performance. In light of this the author intends to write this book to cover the Performance Management System. It is divided into six chapters that explain the process of the Performance management system the concept of performance evaluation methods of performance evaluation the role of the evaluator and the challenges of the performance management system.
