Periradicular lesions of Endodontic origin

Periradicular lesions are pathological conditions that develop at or near the apex of a tooth root. They serve as important indicators of pulpal disease progression in endodontic pathology and often guide the clinical treatment strategy. Although many lesions may appear identical on radiographs they can differ significantly in histological characteristics and treatment outcomes.
