This book used a descriptive-correlational with the aim to determine the relationship of personal factors which included lifestyle factors (eating habits physical activity substance use and sleeping patterns) family factors and common illnesses coupled with occupational factors (work-related stress ergonomic risk factors work organization workplace emergency work-life balance sexual harassment and workplace communication) towards work attendance among call center agents of call center companies in Metro Manila cities of Makati Taguig Mandaluyong and Quezon; Dasmarinus and Cebu Philippines which became the basis for the development of a workplace wellness program.
