Personal Information on Facebook

Facebook is probably one of the most popular social networking site nowadays and have a lot of users all over the world. However despite the fact that it is attractive and easy used social platform it's users are not safe from various possible privacy risks. Moreover it is generally known that in order to protect personal data the collection use and disclosure of personal information are regulated by law but differently in different countries... So does that really works? In this book is presented my analysis of USA EU and Lithuanian law in order to answer the question does social networking site “Facebook” legally collect use and disclose users’ personal information?.
