Peruvian Archaeology

This book offers a unique critical perspective on the history of Peruvian archaeology by a native scholar. Leading Peruvian archaeologist Henry Tantaleán illuminates the cultural legacy of colonialism beginning with “founding father” Max Uhle and traces key developments to the present.
