PHARM-D (Doctor of pharmacy) - Royal creators of Healthy India

The word Doctor of pharmacy belongs to a noble profession whose main aim is to bring overall health care of society. The present book includes all the research work carried out by me as a Doctor of pharmacy professional during my academic Postings in tertiary care teaching hospital. It includes all the possible clinical pharmacy services provided by Pharm-D professionals to patients such as prescription analysis identification and reporting of adverse drug reactions identification and reporting of drug interactions providing drug and poison information services to all needed health care professionals providing advanced patient counselling services Improving quality of life of patients Drug utilisation and evaluation pattern analysis Identification of drug related problems medication therapy management in different inpatient units. In India the Pharm - D is established by Pharmacy council of India in the year of 2008 but there is lack of awareness of it among people and health care professionals. The actual Motto of this Book is to expose importance of Pharm-D profession and it is greatly helpful to all budding Doctor of pharmacy students for Project work Analysis.
