It gives us a privilege to say that “laboratory Manual cum Record” is ready for the subject Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry to aid the First Pharm.D students. This practical Record has been prepared according to the syllabus prescribed by the PCI just to help students rather to spoon feed. This manual contains a list of experiments to be performed during their curriculum with emphasis on the theory principle and procedures to be followed to prepare the organic compounds of synthetic interests and or of a medicinal interest. It also includes systematic organic qualitative analysis experiments which are major part of the practical classes. Towards the end there is an introduction to the stereo models of organic compounds.
