In an effort to improve the overall productivity and performance in the healthcare sector a wide variety of different researches sought to identify the conditions that create a highly motivated and satisfied workforce. Although a growing body of interest toward job satisfaction exists globally minimum were done on pharmacists. The number of Saudi and expatriates’ pharmacists in the government and private healthcare sector has been steadily increasing in Saudi Arabia during the past few decades drawing management attention toward concerning factors influencing pharmacists’ motivation and job satisfaction.
