Phenomenal Stores #17 Reboot 2021 Vol. 3 No. 1

After tragedy and illness Phenomenal Stories the magazine that pays tribute to The Pulps whiles still giving readers new speculative fiction content is back. In this reboot issue we say farewell to cover artist Carole A. Tomlinson and Robert M. Tomlinson both of whom were vitally important to the genesis of this magazine and other projects. We will miss them both. In this issue we wrap up loose ends from the sudden death the magazine experienced in 2019 and get set for the second run to begin soon.
