Philosophy and African Predicament in a Contemporary World

African Development and the proclivity of enhancing Africa Potentials have been manacled by socio-economic menace and political desperation exhibited by African leaders. African People are still faced with the evils of neocolonialism and imperialism in the 21st Century. The negative implication is that African continent is characterized by underdevelopment.
