Middle-aged Jim Jones escapes from his humdrum marriage by faking a 'business trip' to Thailand. There he meets Noi who transports him to heaven - and soon after to hell. Luckily he has a series of dreams in which he meets some of the great philosophers and between then they help Jim to sort his life out. This book is in its modest way a philosophy book in itself and though it all happened in Jim's imagination the philosophers have been made to speak in character and to express the philosophies they propounded.
