Physical activity: an alternative in the case of mild asthma

Physical Education teachers within their professional field have a field to explore in the education and rehabilitation of children and young people with special needs. As a result of this process it is necessary therefore to define from Physical Education the human body and its relationship with special needs. Basically this book seeks to give patients with asthma the possibility of achieving full social inclusion and obtaining a better quality of life.
