Though the dictionary defines a word in general and not clearer in a scientific context an effort has been taken to give the taste of sweet on each physics term’s flavour so that it can give a good bite every time. Along the way we’ll include a bit of extra information so you can see how each term fits within this discipline called physics.This glossary is not intended to be complete. It focuses on those terms that give students particular difficulties.This document is continually under development and may never be finished.
