<p>Ornamental plants play an essential role in human life and hold broad applications in agriculture industry and medicine making them of paramount research interest. This Special Issue of <em>Horticulturae</em> belongs to the section Physiological and Molecular Biology Research on Ornamental Flowers. It is aimed at elucidating the potential mechanisms behind the growth development and stress responses of ornamental plants.
