Physiological Study of New Derivative of Sulfa and Pyrimidine on rats

Due to increase the diseases and the contamination with a dangerous substances many searches done to discover new compounds and testing them in order to at least decrease the negative effects of these diseases. This book as many other dealing with a noval compound synthesized from reaction of one of sulfa compound which is a sulfanilamide with pyrimidine derivative (6-chloropyrimidine 24-diamie) to produce Novel azo compound 4-[(24-diamino-6-chloropyrimidine 5-yl) diazenyl] benzenesulfonamide (SPI) and testing it as a in vitro and in vivo antioxidant material in many parameters including blood and biochemical tests sexual hormones anti mitotic study and histo-pathological study for testes and ovaries of laboratory rats.
