The book is presented the study of two medicinal plants of Balochistan Calotropis procera and Ferula oopoda the phytochemical analysis and evaluate the antioxidant and antibacterial activites of Calotropis procera and Ferula oopoda. Methanol extract of C. procera and aqueous extract of C. procera showed the maximum antibacterial activity against the tested bacterial strains. FTIR analysis of plants extracts indicates the presence of phenolic compounds alkanes carboxylic acids carbohydrates glycosidic protein aldehydes aliphatic and aromatic amines allene sulfoxides phenyl ester nitro compounds and imines. The phytochemical analysis was found the different potential classes of organic compounds are carbohydrate glycosides alkoids steroid saponins amino acids phenols and flavonoids present in the stem leave root and flower of indigenous Calotropis procera plant. This study provides a systematic base for isolation of the novel bioactive phytochemicals from the Calotropis and Ferula plant species and to evaluate their efficacy especially for antioxidant and antibacterial activities
