The most fundamental matter and antimatter in reality are the ultimate particles and “being emptiness”. When they meet the processes of converting into the electro-ultimate particles are the annihilation. An ultimate particle existing in this being emptiness around it there will be accordingly to render as the characteristics of negative charge. This is the most fundamental charge layer also the root cause of spin. Therefore the number of all matter and antimatter in the universe must be equal to each other. Furthermore the interaction between them follows Lenz''s law. This is the root cause of inertia. But there is a logical order between the changes of the two so it will inevitably lead to a time lag.
