<p>I'm a BBQ lover at heart! My signature dish may be Duck Confit but BBQ is where I've earned my awards. I first discovered my passion for BBQ at a massive Cuban event I catered. That's where I had access to a giant commercial stand-up smoker so big it could practically fit a person inside! That incredible piece of equipment sparked a new passion in me and changed the course of my culinary journey.</p><p></p><p>I'm a nationally award-winning executive chef and a proud member of the Special Chef Council. Classically trained in French cuisine I can just as easily whip up fine dining as I can a killer frozen pizza. My career has taken me from coast to coast cooking for presidents movie stars rock stars world-class athletes and political figures. Along the way I opened and operated the largest campus dining hall in the country creating a food wonderland that welcomed thousands of college freshmen each year. </p>
