<p>A lunar orbital variance gravitational anomalies humans mysteriously vanishing and amazing incidents occurring in space leads a renowned U.S. physicist and a Russian Army General to a U.N. Security Counsel Meeting. After experiencing a visit there from an alien voice commanding that nuclear weapons be neutralized they are then taken to a remote U.S Air Base and later an excursion through the cosmos on a huge alien spaceship; then to a remote Pacific island where the two men hope to prevent a global catastrophe as they've become the contacts with the alien race seeking to help.     </p>
