He Can Communicate With Humans And Animals. He Operates On Battery Power Which Needs To Be Recharged And Has A Super Power Switch Which Often Gets Him Out Of Scary And Tricky Situations. Pinto Can Do What Real Penguins Do But Much More. He Is Unaware That A Shipwreck Is On The Horizon.
