Shelby recently released her international bestselling book I See Your Genius which is available on Amazon.Shelby's consulting and executive coaching expertise has spanned many industries and careers including non-profit organizations real estate agents government agencies and other small businesses. She has been asked to speak at training sessions for several large companies and is also central to advanced manager training sessions with her local university.Shelby has been a professor and director of the debate program at Rocky Mountain College since 2006.
