Plan Conduct And Analysis Of Quantitative Research

Scholars face a lot of issues during planning conducting and reporting academic research. In many instances research facilitation is not available and the supervisors and senior faculty may also not be able to answer all queries. Having a R&D in-house is very fortunate but there is a lack of research facilities in most of places thus the research environment is very bleak. Being placed as health researcher in one of the leading and biggest tertiary care setting many postgraduate and undergraduate students come to me with issues in research. Their main concerns are related to sample size calculations and statistical consideration while planning their research. Similarly at the end they face difficulty in statistical analysis and interpretation of results. These queries pose huge challenges for them and on many occasions I realized that I repeat and share the same wording and ideas. So after becoming a repeater I planned to write these daily conversations pertaining to quantitative research. With so many things to address and to discuss the subjective details in depth is not simple so in this attempt an opposite was opted i.e. the practical solutions. This research guidebook has both subjective and practical details but holds more practical solutions for researchers of all levels especially the medical students in their academic and non-academic scientific research.
