PLANTLORE IN BADWANI DISTRICT MADHYA PRADESH:INDIA

Welfare of mankind is intricately linked with the biodiversity. A closer understanding of the intimate association of man with the ambient biodiversity is essential for better utilization. The new academic branch of botany called ‘Ethnobotany’ serves this purpose adequately. We therefore extended enquiry in ethnobotany of Badwani District (Madhya Pradesh: India). This book embodies the results of our inventorisation during 209 to 2013. The district was practically untapped ethnobotanically which promoted us to undertake documentation of its potential.We hope that this book will be immerse use to the research workers in botany agriculture medicine pharmacology besides biodiversity planners enthusiasts and scientists in industry. Obliviously it will be of help for teachers and students.
