Problems in the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge through Physical Education were detected in the second grade students of the Escuela Fiscal Enrique Gil Gilbert in the city of Guayaquil as a result of the theoretical and methodological lack of knowledge of the teachers. It was carried out within a methodology with a mixed approach of descriptive type likewise methods of theoretical and empirical level were used such as documentary analysis scientific observation surveys and knowledge test in addition to the statistical mathematical method. The descriptive results show that in the knowledge test Mathematics 33 (75%) students in Language and literature 36 (81.8%) students and Foreign language 33 (75%) teachers positive changes were shown in the effectiveness of the knowledge test when comparing the initial and final test through the test of ranges with Wilcoxon sign.
