Pleasant View

Judy always gets what she wants and she wants to be rich. She encourages her husband Robert to build Pleasant View senior living center complete with recreation health care and portfolio management for the residents. Unsuspecting residents move in and turn over their life savings for Robert and Judy to manage. But greedy Judy finds underhanded ways for a faster resident turnover. Judys tactics are evil to the point of tricking Roberts mother Marie into moving her and her money into Pleasant View. Untimely deaths go undetected until a retired FBI agent searches for her friend Marie and finds her heavily sedated and kept at Pleasant View against her will.
