PLUSH KNITTING TECHNOLOGY

The monograph is devoted to the development of new methods of production of plush knitwear on single- and double-felt machines which are essential for improving the efficiency of production processes and quality of finished products. As a result of this research new types of plush knitwear are developed based on the structure and combination of raw materials. Dependences of technological parameters and physical and mechanical properties of plush knitwear on the structure and type of raw materials used are established. A formula for determination of tension of plush yarn in the process of looping is proposed taking into account the pulling force and friction between ground and plush yarns. The monograph is of interest for scientific employees technologists bachelors and masters engaged in development of new structures and effective methods of production of plush knitwear as well as the study of durability parameters during its production.
