<p>This collection by Indian born physician Usha Mahisekar M.D. consists of fifty eight poems and six passages exploring themes such as family culturalism medicine nature and spirituality.  Some pieces are humorous and others bleak but all showcase the author’s humble astute vision and profound sensitivity.
