Poems of My Life

A book of poetry written by a young woman who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 18 and then with Multiple Sclerosis at 30. This compilation of her poetry reflects both the battles she fought mentally and the pain and suffering she endured for 11 years from MS. She was the niece of the late beat generation poet Gregory Corso and thereby comes by her love of poetry naturally. Laura passed away at age 41 from MS but her memory and love of writing will go on. She loved life family and her strong Faith kept her spirits alive while her body was failing. She will be missed by all whose hearts she touched through her poetry and her love for them.
