Poems to Show You'Re Not Alone

This book is about thoughts of those suffering with mental illness. People kept telling me that I wasnt alone but it wasnt until someone actually voiced out their inner thoughts that I realized they werent lying. I want those who are struggling to know theyre not alone. Not only that I offer inspiration and encouragement and spread awareness. I want people to know their inner strength regardless of physical or mental limitations. I also hope that those who dont know what its like to live with these thoughts and feelings are able to read it and learn what its like.
