Poet in Our Midst

The MUSE dwells in the subconscious accumulating andprocessing all experience. The MUSE plays the role ofcreator of much art music and poetry. When the consciousmind is open the MUSE gushes to the surface exposing itscreation often without special effort by the writer.Many of the poems in Poet in our Midst came about inthis manner. The poems were infl uenced by a variety ofexperiences amongst family friends acquaintances or events.They are humorous romantic philosophical and politicalexpressions that are part of my life.
