A journal has been my quiet companion present in joy in discomfort and in the ordinary spaces between. It has seen it all holding the people I have found and lost the parts of myself I hide the parts I don’t understand and the pieces I hope someone else will recognize.Where Then Do Poets Go? gathers excerpts from those pages shaped into verse. These poems move through memory relationships grief hope and the quiet moments that shape us. They carry the lessons of my past the imprints of those who shaped me and the wisdom I hope to pass on.Read it gently linger where you need and let the words sit with you in your own time.
