Poetry by Design

<p>Who enjoys reading poetry? This book Poetry by Design is a collection of different types of poems about a variety of topics hoping to inspire the reader. The book highlights the following: childhood memories creative thinking elementary love friends engage/conversation nature/animals in memory of hearts and mature poems. From childhood through to adulthood the book examines the meaning of relationships life love and the environment.<br /><br />What's the point? With each poem there lies an underlying meaning for the reader to interpret. For example the poem 'An Unknown Friend' was originally published as a teenager in the 1990 Windows on the World National Library of Poetry book. This poem is about relationships.<br /><br />A collection of the poems represent the journey that the author has lived through. The author was born in Illinois but grew up in a rural Wisconsin town. She later relocated to Florida during her teenage years. The author is a real nurse currently residing in the state of Florida.
