Poetry&Paint

Poetry&Paint is a project initiated by Carmina Masoliver to see visual art merge with the written word through a variety of mediums and disciplines. On Saturday March 30th 2012 Poetry&Paint was launched with an event taking place at The Showcase part of Craft Central. The event showcased the work of a selection of artists featured in the first issue of the anthology which included performances and a discussion where artists talked about their creative process in relation to the project. This issue marks the end of a three year journey and to close this edition features work from Russell J Turner Ciarán Hodgers Elizabeth Hunt Saoloni Kaul A C Evans Shawn Scott Smith Anne Marie Butler Arjun Coen Jim Piatt Natalie Sorrell Charlesworth Zowie Green and Matthew Dickerson.
