Poise and Poison is a poetry book that is intended to help in channeling feelings of longing loneliness loss and self-doubt. It is a collection of 40 poems acknowledging suffering as a significant part of a human's life whether it be due to love relations acquaintances procrastination or other reasons. It deals with the loss of love and the gain of experience; It deals with feelings that may seem too complicated to deal with. This book is intended to showcase how people are suffering from conflicting emotions and an insight as to what their thoughts are.
