Policy Lessons from Australia

This work is meant to demonstrate how the gifts of a manager can be shown (through policy development work especially) to achieve a fair balance between the potential for success and conflicts inherent in a given situation.  Such management skills influence the delivery of a solution the quality of final outcome and satisfaction for those who were seeking a solution managers in a business context - in- Australia or elsewhere - devise and lead solutions to resolve much the same challenges and rely therefore on similar and at times identical skills.
