Political Baobab

In addressing the political competition that took place in Niger from 1990 to 2010 among the political actors who have been at the forefront since the National Conference the book presents the experience of His Excellency Hama which has earned him the noble rank of political baobab of this country. Now called to God he leaves behind a legacy for posterity in the form of a library for the education of the next generation for a democracy of development that meets the expectations of the people. For educational academic and social competitions the book shares the experience of the computer scientist and sociologist.
